They Love Us

I can't say enough great things about the vets here. They are the most caring I have ever been to. They take the time to talk to you and your pet and give a thorough explanation about the diagnosis and treatment plan. They call back right away with any questions.

My family recently moved to Rockland and we were referred to Dr. Weiner by a neighbor. I was very impressed at how fast and easy it was to get an appointment and was even more impressed with the cleanliness and the superb customer service and attention we received. Rocky is a 60lb American Pitt bull and can be a tough dog to handle at times but the staff was able to handle him well and keep him calm throughout the visit and procedures he had to have done. Their follow up was also very good. I was told I would receive the results of blood work the next day and sure enough at the end of the day Dr. Weiner emailed me a detailed report, including the actual lab results. All I can say is that I am very pleased that I was referred to County Animal Hospital and would definitely refer them to anyone who is looking for a good, caring and knowledgeable vet. As much as I love my pet, I also love my vet!

Dr. Weiner is attentive to his patients and their families. He puts the welfare of the animal first and comforts the family with the decisions they can be faced with. My trust in them is unmatched. I know in my heart that the choices that are given to us about the welfare of our animals is honest and truthful.

Dr. Weiner is so great with our fur kids. He can help you be cost conscious without compromising your pet's care and he also kept up on all the the latest information so you can be sure his advice is the best around.

Dr. Weiner is truly wonderful! I met him under very sad circumstances. My friend recommended Dr. Weiner to us. My 14 year old cat was dying from lymphoma that was wide spread. I called the office and asked the doctor to come out and put my cat to sleep because his back paws got completely paralyzed and he could not swallow anymore. Dr. Weiner came over to my house in Suffern the same afternoon with his assistant Alex. Dr. Weiner has the best bedside manners ever. He made my cat comfortable and allowed me to take my time. I have 8 more cats and I will definitely make sure that Dr. Weiner is our primary vet going forward. Thank you, Dr. Weiner!

County Animal Hospital, without a doubt, is the best and most compassionate place to take your animal when in need...been going there for almost 30 yrs. I still go there and I live 26 miles away!

Thank you so much for cutting Pepper's nails. I truly appreciate it and so does Pepper. The love and care is always felt by your patients and by their owners. Thanks again.

Dr. Weiner and his team are so caring and really take the time to get to know your pet(s) and explain all of the options/procedures to you. I was impressed with how dedicated, thorough, and informative every appointment is: everything from vaccines, to medications, to bloodwork, to food (this was a big one for me!), to medical history. They are genuinely concerned about your pet(s) and want the best for them. Their online appointment scheduling system and online pharmacy are also tremendously convenient! I have our two dogs' heartworm and tick preventatives auto-shipped to our house for a competitive price without any need to refill prescriptions or take a trip to the office. But I know it's still reviewed and approved by the vet, which gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Beau was seen by Dr. Neiman. I had the pleasure of speaking with her via phone during the visit, while my husband was in the office with Beau. I wanted to tell you that we both absolutely love her! So did Beau! Dr. Neiman was warm and caring and explained vaccinations needed and recommendations for flea/tick/heartworm prevention along with answering questions about Beau's feeding. My other dogs are/were small breeds. Your office staff are wonderful as well. My conure Kiwi is coming in to see you tomorrow. My husband is bringing him in.
