You’re also welcome to submit an appointment request form, but requested times are not guaranteed. Our team will review availability and confirm within one business day. We do our best to accommodate all requests. If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please call us right away.
Emergency & Urgent Care During Regular Business Hours:
The hospital is staffed during the listed hours of operation. Emergencies include things such as difficulty breathing, convulsions, sudden profound weakness, poisoning, motor vehicle accidents, bloat and bleeding wounds. If you believe your pet needs emergency treatment call (845) 634-4607. A Client Service Representative will advise you. In some cases you may be instructed to do something prior to heading for the hospital, such as induce vomiting in certain poisonings.
After Hours Emergencies:
If you need to reach us after hours call (845) 634-4607. If you need to speak to a doctor urgently press 1. After hours, our phones are answered by the Veterinary Emergency Group of Nanuet. We work closely and seamlessly with this group and they have our complete confidence.
